We paid for a Luxury experience in a nice chalet and OUR CHILDREN ended up living an experience that is comparable to a refugee camp in some third-world country. We have provided more than enough evidence showing that the chalet is affected by bed bugs - punaises in French.

This situation generated a lot of issues to us, we have to make disinfection of the cars, disinfect and isolate all our clothes during 7 days according to the doctor recommendation when we are back home, and have lost a good part of our vacation with the distress caused by this situation.
