Imperial Health Plan is deceiving
Imperial Health Plan is deceiving with their benefit reimbursements. When you submit a claim as they require, the invoice with detail treatments, the credit card charge slip, and the claim form, the Filipino customer service require a credit card statement showing the charges. I would be alarmed by their intrusion of my credit card account details. They don't seem to be trained to respect members' privacy. BEWARE OF FILIPONO SCAMS !!!!!!!!!
