INEXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANTS...BEWARE..GO ELSEWHERE
I have never had an accounting firm that is so incompetent. 3 attempts to get my ITR right & when submitted to ATO it was still wrong. My husband’s also wrong! Plus it took them 9 months to even do it. They don’t even care as long as you pay their astronomical fees. Extremely poor customer care. BEWARE
