Communication, communication, communication!!
This was the absolute worst customer service encounter since living in norman for the last year. The people at the check in station gave zero instructions and were very dry and unprofessional, which made the overall experience terrible. When I finally reached the area to unload, the people there were very helpful and courteous. But of course on my exit I encountered the other side of the station and also another rude and unprofessional attendant. I will continue to use this service as I have no other choice, but I would recommend the city of norman provide proper customer service interaction training to the check in attendants.
