Doctors and nurses are great, especially Dr. Herring. Office staff is terrible. They reschedule my appointments with no input from me, often with the wrong doctor. They have sometimes taken more than 2 weeks to relay a prescription to the pharmacy across the street, but they keep sending refills for prescriptions I no longer use, despite several requests to stop. The pharmacy complains to me.
