Deeply disappointed
I have been taking my pets to this veterinary surgery for over 10years. As Benny and The Pets I found it to be a wonderful caring place with staff that loved animals and cared for them above and beyond. In the last 5 years since the practice was sold I have been deeply disappointed. My cat had episodes of anyphalaxis aftervbeing injected with what Ibsuspected was out if date or substandard vaccine. The prices have gone. I have to buy regular medicine for my cat. It was costing $100 per month. Overnight the charge went up to $155. On line the meds were still being charged at around $100. The last straw has been that, after always paying at time of appointment I am being told that I owe them $135. I produced the bank entry showing my payment to them and they still won't write it off. Unethical, moneybfocussed and I believe no longer focused on the best for our pets but only on thebprofit to be made. I will not be returning tobthis practice and want others to know sonpets will not suffer from their lack of care.
