I had a driver damage my dock. When I called the company to just convey this incident and the fact the driver couldn't even apologize for the damage, the owner got extremely rude with me and said "I know what kind of character you are". I was simply trying to convey that an "I'm sorry" would've gone a long way but this owner wouldn't even listen to anything I had to say. Absolutely Horrible!!
