Disappointed with Service and Lack of Communication
As a new client of Ahjin Hosting, I was initially drawn to the company by the promise of “instant setup after payment” and local support for the Philippines. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
It has been over THREE DAYS since I completed my payment, and I have yet to receive any update regarding my server setup. I have attempted to reach out via their Discord channel, and even tried to contact the CEO directly, whose social media accounts now appear deactivated. All communication has gone unanswered.
This lack of transparency and customer support is deeply disappointing. If there are delays or internal issues, I believe customers deserve to be informed—not left waiting without explanation.
I am sharing my experience here in hopes that others will approach with caution until these issues are addressed.
