Rude, arrogant and u under skilled tech.
Been giving blood for 25 years. I understand the importance of hydration. Tech was rude, condensing, had a chip on her shoulder, and after 4 tries and 2 arms, I had enough. The follow up consisted of the nurse telling me I was dehydrated and the nurse that serviced me was "good". People.are clueless and don't realize they are getting the product for free, and then reselling. And that people have to take the time.and effort to go and give blood. 2nd bad experience. I will never go back.
