I hired Therma-Clean in my newly purchased home in Ocala for carpet cleaning. After stating they could review bedroom carpet stains, the stains were still there. I paid for this service and requested a reimbursement of a reasonable $50, which they agreed to. Two weeks later, I haven't received the credit and no one is responding to my text messages.
