Extremely disappointing experience with Longfellow Design Build.
We selected them based on their “design-build” model and upscale image—but what followed was over a year of delays, lies, poor workmanship, and unprofessional behavior.
They failed inspections, never created a Gantt chart until we escalated to the CEO, and billed us for labor that our security cameras showed wasn’t productive. One major issue: they left the roof untarped during a storm, which flooded two floors of our home. They denied any fault despite clear photo and video proof.
They also misled us about siding availability—it was never even ordered. Multiple invoices were riddled with errors. Ultimately, we had to fire them and bring in another contractor, who completed the project in two months and corrected many of Longfellow’s mistakes.
Do not be fooled by the branding—Longfellow failed us at every step.
