I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the accountant was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others about Gerald F Paolilli. I came in with a few reasonable questions about my return. I was immediately met with passive aggressive attitude, condescending comments, and a complete lack of professionalism.
Rather than answering basic questions, I was told to "go elsewhere" and also to hurry up and pay the invoice.
I wasn't being difficult, I just wanted to understand few things. Apparently, that's too much to ask this accountant (who is clearly a miserable person).
I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect by a so-called professional.
It's honestly shocking that someone like this is running a business. If you're looking for an accountant who is patient, respectful, and willing to communicate, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Avoid Gerald F Paolilli at all costs if you value being treated like a human being.
