The worst management company. They are a racist corporation. They will not pay for healthcare including birth control or HIV medication. They will make excuses for everyone. The have bad reputation with their corporate clients and apartments too. They don’t fix things, alway jacking up rents. Very hard to get a hold of them in case of emergency but when they want the rent that is a different story. They don’t like renters that are not white. They will find an excuse not to rent to you. It looks like it’s nit their fault but yours.

The worst experience ever. Cost over runs and this was not I was told. I was told it was due the raising cost of materials and shortage of labor in Florida. When it was done it looked good but after a while it started to come an apart. I had my kitchen cabinets redone. Resurfacing and was they had good bones. But as time went by the materials started to come apart. The look worst than before. I was told by other cabinets markers and resurfaced people he done this to others with cheap materials and always under quote the job and ask for more. Always has excuses. I checked into this company and no problem with the Better Business etc. He even had other customers said he done a good job. He said big and small jobs from resorts to small jobs. He had famous people to not so famous. He had jobs from Palm Beach to houses in the area etc. I thought in business for over five years a license and not problems I was wrong. After getting a new quote from other businesses I was ripped off. I was told this guy was a con man. He used the wrong materials fir this climate and always under quote and reason why he needs more money. Don’t use them. Plus, no sense of taste too.
