Totally Disappointed. Do Not Use. We contacted pyramid home services (Javier) after a car hit our home on Christmas 2024. And asked if he would take a look and give an estimate on having our home repaired. He said absolutely, that was 3 months ago. After countless attempts to connect with him thru vm, email and text messages with no response. I finally tried to call Javier from my wife's phone and he answered. He then told us he was waiting to hear back from the insurance company, which was a lie. The Insurance company says they haven't heard from him since January and they closed the claim. And our home still needs repairs. But now he doesn't even answer either numbers. Our numbers have been blocked. If he didn't want the job that's all he had to say. Not ghosting us. He is only as good as his word. BEWARE.
