Bad Experience with Mail Order from Crown Wellness

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I placed an order for an item that they sell, and I did not receive any email confirmation of the order (however, I copied a link of the order and saved it). Recently, I received tracking information that showed that the order was returned to the facility. I never received it. When I called the "customer service number" and requested a refund, the person rudely interrupted me and attempted to speak over me as I explained the situation. He then asked me why I would include both my PO Box and my home address on the order form. When I attempted to explain why I did this (it is a very common practice to do this in the rural area where I live), he again interrupted me and attempted to speak over me. Before I was able to complete the conversation and confirm a refund, he called me an expletive and hung up the phone. I am concerned that I will not receive a refund for a product that was shipped incorrectly and that I never received due to it being returned to the place of shipment. I will update this review, in the event that I actually receive a refund for the product. In the meantime, I strongly recommend against anyone ordering from this company.
