MN Custom homes built my neighbors house...

MN Custom homes built my neighbors house, retaining wall and fence over the line onto my property. Their employees were notified at the time of construction, and they said, "It doesn't matter, you'll sell to us anyway and then we can fix it."

Over 2 years later I am still fighting them, their surveyor, the city, the title company and an army of lawyers.

They have not even offered to come take the fence down. They could not care less.

Terrane did the survey on my neighbors lot...

Terrane did the survey for the builder of my neighbors home. Except they admit they got it wrong. By 5 feet.

The builder just ran with that though, in spite of being told they were over the line during construction, now still over 2 years later... the neighbors house, fence and retaining wall are still trespassing my property.

Terrane doesn't want to settle, they drag their feet at every chance.
