This vendor cannot be trusted! Billy booked my event, and even though I was concerned about the pricing being so much less than other photographers, Billy explained it in such a manner that I fell for it. A week before my event, Billy contacted me saying that he had a family emergency, and he was assigning my event to a different photographer—someone he claimed to have worked with numerous times and recommended wholeheartedly. The photographer he sent showed up late, appeared to be on something, and was completely unprofessional and disorganized. What followed over the next 3 weeks was horrible! Billy claimed that he could not get my photos from the photographer, and the photographer initially refused to even give them to me claiming that she had not been paid by Billy. (I paid Billy upfront). When I did finally get some images from the photographer, they were blurry and unacceptable. Trying to communicate with Billy was difficult, and as I began to catch him in lies, I started posting about it on fb. Within days, I had been contacted by 5 other individuals who all had stories similar to mine. Five other people who, over the last 18 months, had all been lied to by Billy. The same family emergency (with a few deviations) was also used—his Dad had a stroke, and he had to care for him. Six strokes in 18 months??
Billy advertises that he will travel across multiple states to shoot events with no additional fees. The old saying “if it’s too good to be true—-it probably is”definitely applies here. Also, his multi-state business model seems to function more like a contractor building a house. He gets hired and arranges the contract—he gets paid—-then he subcontracts the event to a different photographer from that state. He doesn’t say this is going to happen up front. Instead he claims the family emergency, and sends what he calls a trusted colleague to fulfill the obligation. I strongly discourage anyone from booking with Natrural Images. My event was a very small, second wedding. My investment $$ was smaller than most of the brides who reached out to me, and ultimately, I did get a refund. However, for many of the brides who reached out to me, this was a true, wedding of their dreams event—and my heart breaks for them.
