After 2 months and weekly my chart contacts this medical office still can’t provide a prescription to a local pharmacy to fill.
They also can’t seem to follow simple instructions to appeal a denial. I stress they just keep sending NEW PA forms. These of course keep getting denied because they need to appeal per the instructions in bold at the top of the denial.
Instead of taking accountability they blame the insurance company.
I’m will to pay FULL retail for the prescription, but they can’t seem to send the prescription to the pharmacy.
