Most disappointed
After being a satisfied customer for many years I was most disappointed with total lack of professionalism on this occasion. The service was appalling. Whilst cocky comments were readily available, information was not. They had an issue converting my video to a DVD but didn't bother to inform me. Over a week later I sent them an e-mail which was ignored. I then phoned them and was fobbed off with the story that it needed to be outsourced and he would try to get a quote that day. Several days later, nothing, so I collected my video. Never again.
