Chinese assembled Sioux Soft Sole Moccasin run small and narrow
Hello from Southern California, I have been a customer of mi woollies since 2002 when I visited the the store in New Zealand while on duty with the Air Force. I purchased the wool pillows and the Sioux Soft Sole Moccasin slippers. I have placed many orders since then. Before mi woollies sent manufacturing to China their products were outstanding, like hand crafted goods. Today, not so much. My latest purchased was a pair of the Sioux Soft Sole Moccasin slippers, I seem to go through them every few years, this latest pair is a men’s size 12 like all the others purchased. Today, the Chinese made versions are not so good compared to when they were made in NZ. My foot size is a 10 1/2, it I get these slippers in a size 12 for the room which is my concern/disappointment. The pair ordered is a 12, the sticker on the bottom said M12, but when you put them on they are very small compared to older slippers and my feet. I realize new shoes/slippers need to be broken in, but if the size isn’t correct then you have problems. Returns from the USA to NZ is expensive so I won’t be sending them back, but offer advice to those thinking about purchasing the Sioux Soft Sole Moccasin, order 2 sizes bigger as what I got are smaller and narrower. This is my only complaint, otherwise great products.
