HORRIBLE BUSINESS
Contracted with Benefits Now in Dec 2024, paid for one years health coverage up front. By Dec 31,2024 the provider cut ties with Benefits Now so I had no coverage. Have been trying to recover my payment and was finally allowed to cancel but was charged for 2 month of non verifiable coverage. Agreed to refund my prorated balance on 3/18/2025 as of today 4/8/2025 I have still not received my refund. RUN AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY
