i worked for williams concrete for 20 plus years,in fact im the step son of steven williams ,my name is jesse.i helped build mr. williams buisness for what it has become today . i dedicated myself to working very hard and giving my best to him and his company never getting what i was promised ,mr. williams likes to make false promises to his employees or atleast to his family members ,i gave a better part of my life to doing a good job and i always finished strong. i trained most of his employees the basics of setting forms and finishing concrete .all i ever wanted from pops was to be noticed and an occasional pat on the back for always taking pride in my work and accomplishments ,in which all i ever recieved was ignorance and let downs.i finally came to a decision to move on in my life after i was injured on 1 of his jobs ,i was fried by microwave energy working on a military sat.com station while pouring concrete,he failed to do what was right as an employer and he failed as a caring father too,the day i was injured he didnt take me to the hospital when i asked him to,he told me he was tired and if i wanted to get checked out to take my ownself to do so,he dropped me off and i went home and was stuck in bed for over a week exausted and burned internally from what had happened ,he didnt report my injury to anyone and fired me 3 days later ,told me to return my work truck that i earned from a previous job and to leave the keys under the mat.never even called me to see if i was ok.that was in 2016 and im still suffering to this very day with tinitus,most of my teeth fell out shortly after the incident and my eyesight is going bad from being burnt internally ,i filed a workers comp claim 7 years ago and still havent recieved any compinsation for my incident i am currently homeless ,lost pretty much everything i worked so hard for and i feel like im 30 years older than i should feel .thanks steven williams for being such a great guy,ive had complete strangers do more for me than he has ever done.if you have concrete work that you need done my suggestion is find someone who has true integrity and find someone else cause he is only in the business to take your money and if its not in his favor in any situation he doesnt want anything to do with it..
