Dr. Trushar Patel assaulted me during my last visit there after learning that I was going to be purchasing my implant somewhere else by intentionally busting up my upper gum apart to prevent any other dentist from installing anything there. Now my entire upper part of my gum is missing all the way up to the roof of my mouth. Now instead of an implant I need a partial.
