Very disappointed in the Westminster CO location. This company took over for property management. Disappointment is all I can express here. The maintenance crew was amazing, before they took over. There is a maintenance crew member that is lazy, doesn't work, sleeps on his golf cart for hours. There are mice and cockroaches in the apartment complex.
There have been three inspections in the last six months, including the one today. We were all informed that Housing Authority would be present. I called Housing Authority and there is no one due to be on this property today, or in the future. Inspections are for nosey office staff only. There is no way that you can conduct three in six months, for legal purposes. Yes I have talked to an attorney about this.
Alex was in the office, he was worthless so they moved him elsewhere. Now Hillary is there, she does nothing. There is so much to fix and repair around here, nothing can be afforded they stated. Maintenance was informed they can use duct tape where needed.
Let alone the maintenance crew that expressed to a tenant that the carbon monoxide alarm is fine, batteries changed but still beeping. They informed the two ladies that "they are just fine". However, fire department came out and inspected the area and apartment, guess what, carbon monoxide was detected (numbers were high)!
The property continues to rent to individuals who only stay a few months and leave. I have seen three in the last year that have left, just up and left. Do I blame them? NO!!
Its ridiculous! This place is ridiculous and needs to be changed. Housing Authority has been called, local TV crews have been talked to. Can't wait to see the changes!
Brookfield please do not say "come in to our office and we can help you" because I have and I have proof of this. Just fix things.
