No customer service in an emergency.
Urgently needed to speak to travel organizer one week before trip. Instead I got 5 days of radio silence. No called and voicemails returned, no urgent emails returned.
Pretty disgusted.
I now have ZERO faith I would be able to contact someone in an emergency while on the trip.
Absolutely would not recommended..
