Good firm gone bad.

Absolutely appalled at the price gouging and incompetence at management level. The guy sent to do the work was wonderful, couldn’t fault him, but speaking to the guy in the office who did the specs was appalling. He was quite rude when I asked why the price was hundreds higher for a black shower fitting compared to a chrome one. Will never deal with this firm again, prefer to find someone who actually understands disability and can supply suitable fittings.
