Tom Moore, LMA Construction, Rockwall Tx

WE used Tom Moore, LMA Construction, to move our park model from Wind Point Park in
Lone Oak Tx to Monarch Ranch in Celeste Tx., on Feb 28, 2025. Our contact person was
Junior (2147739514). Arrangements were made in late January. We were told we would
receive a contract with move details. Never received one. Were told mover would arrive
around 8-830am.

On the morning of the move Junior called to say the mover was sick with fever and was
getting another driver. 8 hours later they arrived. While waiting we secured items they said
they would do. They secured the fridge, washer/dryer and shower door. In the mad rush to move
before it was too dark, the 6 house anchors were left in the ground.
It was almost dark when the house was placed at the destination location. The machine pushing the
house broke the sidewalk in front of the house. My 10 tires were removed to take out the
plywood used to roll the house on. They were left on the ground along with some axle caps and
lug screws. 20+ lug screws are missing. I will have ti purchase them to reinstall the tires.

When they left, the chimney was not reinstalled, the front trailer tongue was not removed.
I notified Junior. He said they would be out the next day.

The next day, more of the install was completed. The anchors were left on the ground because they
didn’t have the tool to install them. They didn’t have the correct screws to install the chimney and the
tongue still had not been removed. I notified Junior. Sent him a video that the house was still not level.

Two days later a crew came out to remove the trailer tongue and placed under the house. The 6 anchors
were installed. I had to lend a ladder to access the roof so the chimney could be reinstalled. It is visibly
crooked. The house level was not checked. I notified Junior and told him I had had enough. I have pictures
of everything.

A couple days later at Wind Point Park, when stepping up at my deck, my foot slipped and my left foot came
down on one of the anchors left in the ground. I thought I broke my ankle. Had it x-rayed. Not broken.
Bad sprain. Been wearing a large boot for weeks. I sent a picture of my foot to Junior and told him what happen.
He was worried about legal action and said he would fire the crew for leaving the anchors.

I told him I wasn’t looking for legal action and didn’t want anyone fired. I asked that he speak to the crew and
remove the anchors before anyone else got hurt. He said he would. Days later they had not been removed.
I told him I had a crew going to tear down the deck and he should remove the anchors before someone else
gets hurt. He said he would but did not. I notified him again the day before my crew arrived he should remove
the anchors. He said he would. He did not. I painted the anchors orange so they were visible.

We were given LMAs card from RRC. A tiny home / park home seller in Rockwall Tx. We were told LMA transports
their homes. We told Wind Point Park about the anchors and not to recommend them to move any homes.
