Grand Living is not living up to “grand”. While the facility is grand in appearance as are the amenities, the care in assisted living is a grand disappointment. Medications not given, meal escorts overlooked, routines ignored and care time promised not applied. Don’t be fooled by appearances. For the price, the care should far exceed what is being received. Communication has been disappointing too.
