Sadly this man Franco Garafalo of Garafalo Drain Service, was brought to my home by another plumber because he had a wet vac and a 25' snake so he could clean out drains. He arrived without a wet vac, without a 25' snake. He asked me if I had a wet vac. I am the customer. He pulled my toilet full of water and caused damage to my office below. Days later, he came back with the equipment and proceed to tear off my drywall behind which was the stack, with insulation around it. But he didn't replace the insulation or the drywall, leaving the stack open to the cold. The insurance claim is ongoing. I have suffered 2 months of my office being vacated, all furniture in my garage, all files in my garage, and I had to use my dining room for my office over Christmas. I have suffered upheaval and expense, possibly never get my files back they way they were. I had to pay $1000. deductible to start my claim.
