Extremely disappointed with this service. When scheduling the appointment, no pricing details were provided, and only after arrival was I informed of a service call fee—regardless of whether the work was completed. Unfortunately, after attempting the job, the plumber was unable to fix the issue, yet I was still charged. Poor communication and lack of transparency made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.
