Buyer Beware
Buyer beware if you haven't seen the machine you are purchasing. Bought a used CNC Lathe 2017 model with photos and videos showcasing it as functional and in decent shape. When it arrived on our dock it turned out to be pretty much good for scrap metal. Everything was rusted through and the machine rebuild would have been more than purchasing a new one. Spent weeks trying to deal with spotty customer service. Difficult to find anyone in charge. In the end we were told that everything was sold as-is and there was nothing to be done about our situation.
