Their customer service/response to patients is horrible at the Southlake location. I have been trying to get them to correct a referral they made for my son for 2 months now. The doctor they referred him to will not make an appointment for him. I've reached out several different ways and they continue to fail to correct their mistake. All this while my son isn't able to get the medical help he needs.
