I had an extremely disappointing experience with this jewellery repair shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly, making me feel completely unwelcome. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than valued clients.
Communication about my jewellery collection which I stated was very sentimental was terrible—I was given no clear information, and when I finally got my piece back, it was in worse condition than when I left it. The repair was poorly done, reducing the quality of my jewellery rather than restoring it.
To make matters worse, there were moments where their behavior felt borderline discriminatory, making the entire experience even more uncomfortable. No customer should ever feel judged or mistreated in a place of business.
I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your sentimental jewellery and expect even basic courtesy, take your business elsewhere.
