Not worth buying steam boiler from US Boiler. I bought a new steam boiler in 2017, their authorized sales distributor gave a 7 years old system (manufactured in 2010; date of manufacturing is written inside the main cover so consumer would not know the date of manufacturing unless open the cover) After installation, I got a 10-years warranty from the manufacturer. My boiler got a big damage in 2024, Upon contacting the manufacturer, I was told that my warranty expired in 2020 as the warranty starts from the date of manufacturing and not from the date of installation. Why did their sales distributor shipped a system which was sitting in their warehouse for 7 years? US Boiler people were VERY KIND to me by offering a few hundred dollars rebate if I buy another boiler from them. I tried contacting their head office but there is no response at all.
