Neil and Stephanie were both great. I was impressed with their professionalism. Neil cleaned all ducts plus my dryer vent. He also recommended how I could close my return air vent in the hall as it was quite noisy directly above the furnace, by cutting a return vent in the basement. He also replaced the furnace filter. Excellent service.
