3rd world country
I lived in park circle which is the nicest part of the city and the last year I have seen this city go to hell and I blame no one but the incompetent mayor. crime is out of control, trash all over the streets, in yards and in parking lots, prostitutes, drug addicts and homeless everywhere, and no normal noise ordinances that protects home owners. the city is a joke so if you love to live in a 3rd world country then this city is for you
