Coward Manager lacks integrity and knowledge. Manager afraid of own job and passive aggressive. Lack of communication and truth. Promises are made not to be fulfilled.
Bullying culture and stupid overworking. No strategy or intelligent work, just be expected to do more hours to compensate for the inefficiencies.
No life time balance to be expected or be paid for overtime.
Office old and dirty, uncomfortable chairs and old pc equipment. Impossible to improve the pc equipment or the IT system.
Very high traffic to get to from Antwerp and not great public transport. If taking the bus expect to walk in the mud to get to the office.
