Non-responsive website, always gives "Ooops someth...
Non-responsive website, always gives "Ooops something went wrong" when trying to book an appointment. They never answer or callback from the 1-800 number. The online LIVE CHAT never has an agent present, always shows "Thank you for your patience, one of our agents will be right with you."
