I did not know about the company till I applied for a job posted on a third-party website. The roles were clearly outlined and I could see how my strengths and experience matched.
My sole contact was Adele Harper who was awesome throughout the process, from the initial call to understand my interests and capability, an initial video chat to discuss my certification and experiences and consequently giving feedback that I will carry onto further applications and search. Detail-oriented and driven. If I could advise a company to use a recruiter, it'll be Adele. I do hope that's the general culture at MPeople.
