This company is a complete joke!! If you are looking for a drama- and toxic-free workplace, look ANYWHERE ELSE. The Regional Manager is disorganized, self-serving, and exhibits bully-like behavior. Their actions suggest a complete disregard for employees' well-being, using individuals until they either leave out of frustration or are let go once they are no longer deemed useful.
The Regional Manager seems to expect employees to blindly follow their commands, often without regard for their own professional growth or well-being, while also expecting them to take the blame for others' mistakes. Additionally, the company hires managers who are inexperienced and inadequate to run a property themselves, just to fill the seat.
If you're seeking a respectful, supportive, and valued workplace, this is not the environment for you. This company has a tendency to spread personal business rapidly, and employees are frequently underappreciated and undervalued.
