Don't walk, run away from this broker.
I have been insured through the Pakat Group for 4 years. Since Hurricane Ian they have not responded to over a dozen phone calls, fax, and email. I went to their office location in Sanibel and it is clearly closed. All I am trying to do is change the address on my policies. The insurance companies insist I go through my broker but my broker is incompetent, non-responsive and baffling.
