HSMC’s Negligence Ruined My Brother’s Life – A Warning to All Patients
I am writing this review to warn everyone about the shocking negligence, lack of accountability, and unethical practices at Harley Street Medical Centre (HSMC). My brother underwent a procedure at this hospital on April 1, 2022, and what followed was nothing short of a nightmare that no family should ever have to endure.
Due to severe medical errors made by the hospital’s staff—based on authentic resources—my brother suffered devastating, irreversible harm. These errors included:
• Improper administration of anesthesia
• Failure to obtain proper pre-surgical consent
• Deviation from recognized medical standards
As a result, my brother lost his well-being entirely. He now suffers from memory loss, impaired cognitive function, severe dizziness, and behavioral regression. He is unable to live a normal life—all because of HSMC’s reckless actions.
Even worse? Instead of taking responsibility, HSMC tried to cover up their mistakes. They deliberately concealed the malpractice, misled me about his condition, and transferred him to another hospital (SKMC) while falsely claiming he had underlying health issues. They failed to provide any follow-up care or take responsibility for the catastrophic harm they caused.
Despite multiple attempts to seek answers and demand proper treatment, HSMC ignored my repeated notices and refused to take corrective action. Their administration continues to act with complete disregard for human life and medical ethics.
I am now escalating this matter to all relevant authorities, including the Department of Health and legal entities, to ensure that HSMC is held fully accountable. This hospital must not be allowed to operate without consequences for their actions.
If you value your health, your life, and your loved ones—stay away from this hospital. Do not trust their misleading reviews or reputation. Behind the scenes, they do not care about patient safety—only about avoiding responsibility for their failures.
I will not stop fighting for justice for my brother. If you or your loved ones have suffered at HSMC, I encourage you to speak out.
