Redemption Financial Services is a referral business.
I was led to believe that this was a Christian organization. The representative quoted scripture. I am a Christian and was glad to be speaking with a fellow believer. I have found that this is a referral organization. They connect you to a Credit service. They obtain much of your personal information to get a "read" on where you are at financially. I thought Redemption was connected with the credit agency that was contacting me the next day. When I started reading the contract it had a different credit service name but an address in Wyoming and Florida. I was familiar with both addresses because I have lived near both locations. I was scammed and lost money by a company in Wyoming who used that same address on the contract. When pulling up the address it states that there have been hundreds of complaints about people being scammed by some company using that address. There are over 1,000 organizations who are registered using that address. I called the credit company and told them that I did not want to do business with them. I actually reached a very nice woman who explained that the two companies are not the same. But the address for the company in the contract shows the Wyoming address. She advised that the company was based in Florida. She did know the name of the person I spoke with, but she had me pulled up on the computer. She was going to bring the issue up to administration. I continued to cancel the contract. Be careful of who you are talking to. It seems like a rush to get it all done. After going through the process, take the time to read the contact and check them out.
