Frustrating experience with Nuovo Photography
My experience with Nuovo Photography was very frustrating. Initially, I was offered a free photo and decided to purchase additional ones, thinking I could finance the purchase. However, the contract I signed was not fully explained to me. As English is not my first language, I may have misunderstood, but after explaining the situation several times to their financial team, there was no renegotiation of the amount, despite me explaining numerous times that I had misunderstood the costs. I was charged by the financing company, with no clear communication about the payment terms. I feel misled and pressured into a financial commitment I cannot afford. The company's communication and transparency were very poor. I highly recommend caution when dealing with this company.
