My experience with this pharmacy has been extremely frustrating. My package was never delivered or received, and when I called, they insisted I contact USPS instead of taking responsibility. This has been especially difficult as I recently underwent surgery to remove cancer from my face, along with treatment for three additional spots, all requiring medication prescribed by my dermatologist. They initially promised to remake the prescription and send it via next-day delivery, but that never happened. It's now been 10 days, and I still don't have my prescription. To make matters worse, the second representative I spoke to was incredibly rude. I plan to communicate my concerns with my physician regarding both the delays and the poor customer service."
