There is only one internet provider option, Hyperoptic, but you can go with any electricity provider you wish. The council tax was just of £200.
Only after we moved in were we told that we needed to have to pay an additional £90 monthly for water and air conditioning. Possibly someone missed it out when doing the on-boarding/ advertising process with us.
BEWARE the agents and property management side can be very unfair to you. So take good pictures when you move in of every fault as I'm ending up paying for things that where pre-existing even in the entry photos they took and things that should be considered wear and tear. I.E. my flat had already very loose switch plates that finally coming off. they will pick as much as they can to get as much money out of you as they can.
In conclusion - Great on-site assistance, one internet provider option, be careful with the property management side.
