This company is still operating like it's 1999
This company is still operating like it's the last century. They supply water to the city of Fairview TN where I live. Each home has an individual sewage chopper and pump which breaks down yearly. We pay a premium charge for this inadequate system. The sewer rates are double or more what the water rates are. Unfortunately there is no other alternative than this so we get screwed. Another drawback is trying to pay your bill online. They use some kind of third party system that is straight out of the 1990's and you can't even do an e-check. Steer clear of buying a home serviced by this organization and don't fall for the fake shining reviews.
