My daughter bought a house that Dana Shawgo was the selling agent. He gave her the run around very unprofessional. He refused to negotiate any terms unless she used his settlement company. My daughter works for a real estate lawyer so she elected to use her boss’s company. Here’s the kicker. I was selling my aunt’s house and he represented the buyer. My aunt’s house had an outdated electric service panel. I had to replace it before we could sell. Funny how my daughter house had the exact SAME panel but it was ok. Dana was rude, sent unpolite texts and basically did everything he could to block her from buying this house. WHAT A JERK. I would give no stars if I could.
