Worst Experience Ever – Avoid DMG Landscapers!
I hired DMG Landscapers for a landscaping project at my home, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. First off, they missed the scheduled start date without even bothering to inform me. When they finally showed up, the crew was disorganized and seemed to have no clear plan. They made a mess of my yard and didn’t clean up properly afterward.
The work they did was shoddy at best. Plants that were supposed to be installed were placed incorrectly, and the edging was uneven. I even had to point out multiple mistakes, and the response I got was lackluster at best.
The worst part? They charge a premium for services, yet they don’t even shovel snow properly during the winter! They just dump toxic salt everywhere, leaving my driveway a mess and potentially damaging my plants and property. I’ve had to hire someone else to handle the snow removal because they clearly don’t care about providing proper service.
They also charged me way more than initially quoted, citing "extra costs" that were never discussed beforehand. Communication was terrible, and getting a response was like pulling teeth.
I strongly advise against hiring DMG Landscapers. Save your time, money, and frustration and look for a more reliable and professional company.
