I have been living at Northampton Hunt since 2001. I paid my HOA fee on time and never had any issues with the HOA. The last payment I made was on 12/12/2024 for the year of 2025. the HOA cashed my check and did not apply to my account then send me a late fee of $20. I called and sent them proof of payment and did a follow up phone call. The ladies who work at the Northampton Hunt HOA located in Warrington Township was nothing more than a rude, inconsiderate piece of trash. They should not be working there and monitoring any home associations for poor business conduct, unprofessional and incompetence. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
